Are you a Van Delivery driver looking for permanent, regular work? Do you dream of working for a growing and forward-thinking Logistics Company? Do you want to work somewhere that will give you the tools and opportunities that you need to grow and develop your logistics career?

We are looking for full-time, permanent Van Drivers to join us at our site in Rochester. You will be contracted to 48 hours per week on a Monday to Friday shift pattern.

We are looking to offer a competitive salary of £28,704. You will also have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other benefits.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Loading and transporting flooring out to delivery sites
  • Reading and understanding paperwork
  • Ensure that your vehicle is kept in the appropriate condition and that all stock is accurately recorded and checked

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Full UK driving license with no more than six penalty points
  • A friendly, customer focused mindset
  • Proactive approach to dealing with challenges
